Grawn Contractor

Grawn is an unincorporated rural area in southern Grand Traverse County, roughly between Traverse City and Interlochen. Properties here tend to run larger, wooded acreage with room to spread out. The area is almost entirely full-time residential, with homeowners who bought land specifically for the space and quiet without the density of township subdivisions closer to TC.

Rural properties often mean older homes and dated layouts that homeowners want brought current, and we've done enough of that work to get in, do it right, and leave a clean job site.
